Products
Pioneer Sheet Metal offers premium products from custom fabrication to roofing and siding systems to Aluminum Composite Materials and more.
Roofing
Sheet metal roofing systems have been a trusted form of lifetime roofing installed for the past 18 years by Pioneer Sheet Metal. Sheet Metal roofing provides a distinctive classic look while giving you the confidence of a system that will outlive the structure that it's installed on. We work with every major manufacture to insure our installation is held to the highest of standards.
Flat Roofing Flashing
Flashing is essential for the final performance of flat roof systems. Pioneer works with many of the major roofing contractors in the Portland area. We pride ourselves on professional installation in a timely manner.
Siding
Siding systems have drastically changed. Rain screen and sealed systems have become standards in the industry. If not done properly, projects will have a lifetime of moisture problems. Pioneer has strived to lead in training of personal and coordination with water proofing consultants to insure water tight applications with all systems. This will give you a life time of worry free siding enjoyment.
Custom Fabrication
All projects require custom fabrication. Our fully staffed shop takes advantage of computerized breaks and sheers. This insures consistencies of all our products and allows for shorter lead times. Also our trained staff can reproduce sheet metal on historical buildings to bring back the original look.
Aluminum Composite Materials
Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM) panel cladding systems are the epitome of beauty, endurance and function for your siding needs. These products provide our clients with an exceptionally adaptable and lightweight material that gives your building the clean crisp look that only an ACM panel can provide. Once installed over a rain screen system, it creates a lifetime siding system with very low maintenance, therefore giving your building that extra elegance for years to come.
Pioneer Sheet Metal has perfected the installation of a variety of systems, including ones manufactured by Keith Panel Systems and Vicwest-Mercury Metals. We are also approved fabricators for Citadel panels systems and staff a full fabrication shop for composite panels.

Installer Qualification Program
Qualifying to install our panel system will require each person to attend a mandatory training class. At the start of each project, a manufacturer’s rep will be on site to ensure proper installation.
At minimum, 1 inspection will be performed midway through the project with a final inspection scheduled at project completion.
